Overview

The upper back progressions course will introduce you to the science of upper back training with considerations of the anatomical and biomechanical factors that influence excellent shoulder health and performance.

By completing the shoulder and arm progression course exercise & health professionals will acquire specialised knowledge in deltoid and arm strengthening exercises, screening assessments, and shoulder mobility exercises.

This course complements the upper back course by expanding your understanding of the specific needs and considerations related to the shoulder and arms.

By integrating the knowledge gained from both courses, you can develop comprehensive training programs that enhance overall upper body strength, stability, and function while minimising the risk of injuries.
