What people are saying

Boxing has been brilliant for me. It's something I look forward to. I go four days a week. Since training consistently although my symptoms have inevitably increased, boxing has slowed down the progression of my Parkinson's significantly.

We recommend you complete this before you start the Parkinson’s course, as it teaches the essential components of coaching & cueing boxing techniques safely and effectively.  You’ll learn boxing safety guidelines and injury prevention techniques, how to wrap hands, use focus pads, shields and bags & build combinations.

If you haven’t done so already, we highly recommend that you complete and be assessed at one of our Boxing CS3 face-to-face courses that are run around Australia. This is where we’ll cover in detail how to coach the majority of the techniques in this Parkinson’s Disease course.

Completing our face to face course is also an insurance requirement.

Enquire to organise your own private group course.

The course is approximately one day of work. With about 5 hours of video footage. It’s split into short modules to make it easy. Reading material is also available.

Absolutely, it’s self-paced; you can continue any time you want. Simply log back in. You have 12 months of access from when you pay.

The assessment is a multiple-choice exam. This will test your understanding of the exercises and the science that we teach. There is no video assessment. Once you pass, you can download the certificate of completion.
