What people are saying ABOUT OUR BODYWEIGHT SCIENCE COURSES!
"I really enjoyed this course. The instructions were clear, modules were detailed and easy to follow. The use of theory and instructional videos was very useful and supported learning. I will definitely sign up for more of your courses. Thanks."
I found the course useful and practical, especially with the explanations and videos showing the exercises and relative heart rates of the participants. This was also really helpful in understanding the maximum heart rate and how it would affect more trained individuals because often, we see significant variations between the higher & lower heart rate. I was really happy with the course overall, and I believe it will make a big difference in how we approach certain types of interval training in our thinking, especially.
I thoroughly enjoyed this course. A lot of online CECs can be very much repetitive and only relay information that is obvious. However, this course went into great detail, made use of the literature and provided information that was appropriate for not only personal trainers but all types of exercise professionals.
I loved the way everything was broken right down and explained clearly. The videos really help with visualising the information being delivered. The progressions of each category are amazing and will definitely change the way I prescribe exercises for clients in the future.
As a pilates instructor of over 15 years, I found this information very helpful as I focus on women's health and have many clients with different needs. I enjoyed it all.
This was a fantastic course; I feel very grateful for having the opportunity to do it. Even though the course was online, I felt really engaged through its entirety which is a testament to all of you, as I much prefer face-to-face learning. At no time did I struggle to stay engaged. I will definitely be recommending it to others; 5 stars!
I found the entire course content so useful and easy to comprehend. As suggested in the course, I'm applying this learning to a program for myself and finding it beneficial to correct those neglected aspects of lifting.
This course not only targets a set group of lifters but covers an across the board dynamic of people to help strengthen their bodies and live a more mobile, stronger life.
Once again thank you, everyone did a great job putting this entire course content together. It was awesome having Lauren as the visual example and Shannon sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm.
Despite 10+ years as an exercise physiologist, even longer as a PT and having done over 50 courses, this course made me question everything I thought I understood about safe and effective lifting and movement in general. One of my highlights was how transferable it is for everyone from the general population to clinical clients. As a university lecturer in exercise science & physiology, I can't wait to share my learnings with my students
I have been boxing for 55 years. I have competed professionally and have trained fighters. As a personal trainer, I have done over 15 boxing fitness courses and many other fitness industry courses. By far the best course I’ve ever done. Fantastic!
AMAZING!!! Having previously attended boxing courses with other well-established organisations, I can honestly say that the Australian Combat & Exercise Boxing Skills & Fitness course has opened my eyes and shed new light on my approach to boxing - FAR BETTER than either of the other courses I have attended. I will certainly recommend it to everyone!
After nearly 40 years in boxing, from being an amateur boxer, Olympian, and world title contender, I can confidently say that the Boxing CS3 courses are exceptional. Whether you have prior ring experience or you're a personal trainer starting out, I highly recommend these courses. They provide a simple yet effective system that enables you to coach boxing skills safely & correctly.
If anyone is considering introducing Boxing or Kickboxing into their client's training program I would strongly recommend the courses at Australian Combat & Exercise. I enjoyed every aspect of it especially the science supporting their training and coaching methods.
For anyone wanting to learn how to really truly create boxing fitness classes with credibility, these guys ran a course for my team recently that was not only the best boxing course I've ever done, but one of the very best fitness courses or classes I've ever attended - absolutely loved it. The presenters had incredible attention to detail and were such professional and inspiring people.
